Accepted Insurance

We are participating providers with Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA and many other insurance plans however, because of the complexity of the insurance company provider networks, it is the patient’s responsibility to call their insurance carrier to confirm participation and benefits. Even with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of CA we have found there to be remote policies which may not include us as participating providers; the only way to be sure is for patients to call their carrier directly and confirm participation. Please understand that when we bill an insurance company for services it does not necessarily mean we are a network provider.

We expect all co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles to be paid at the time of service. We accept Cash, Check, VISA or Mastercard. Our business office staff will assist you in understanding your insurance procedures.
